PlanB1’s warranty policy is dependent on the product category and reason for failure. Product damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repaired at a nominal charge.
We do ask for returns to be made within 30 days of the ship date received. You know, as a lot can happen in 30 days. We will not accept any returns after 30 days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or other fragrances) with all PlanB1 and product tags attached.
Have a defective or incorrect item? We are sorry! Just let us know within 2 days of receipt and we'll fix it for you.
Any products purchased in the Sale cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 days.
To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase please.
PlanB1 suggests to send the returned item(s) with a tracking number as it is not guaranteed that the returned item(s) will be received.
Taxes and Duties for international shipment
All applicable import duties, customs, taxes, and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer
We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT, duties and/or taxes during checkout.
The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by PlanB1.
